Inspect all cartons upon receipt and notate all damages/shortages on the delivery receipt.
Damaged items must be reported within 5 days of the receipt of goods. This is required if a freight claim is to be filed with the carrier by their deadline.
To initiate a claim, please contact Archic Furnit ureās support lines via phone, live chat, or email. Please list the item number, quantity, invoice number and specific problem with the product along with your preference on replacing, crediting or discounting item.
Please note the Carrierās Delivery Receipt accordingly at the time of delivery:
Excessive damageāTake photos, note damages on the delivery receipt and refuse with driver.
Visible damagesāIf there are visible damages that you are willing to accept, please note the damages on the delivery receipt.
