Log into your account or use our guest portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.
Prepare for Pickup
Carefully disassemble the item and place it back into its original protective packaging to prevent damage during transit.
Schedule Collection
Once your request is approved, our specialized furniture courier will contact you within 48 hours to arrange a convenient pickup window.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse team inspects the returned piece, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
